Service Description

In-Person - Classes are currently offered at 10am-11am on the first Saturday of every month. Debilitating stress impacts every aspect of our lives - physically and emotionally. In this one-hour class, you will be guided to switch on your body's own internal capacity to access internal peace. This class will integrate the practice of yoga nidra (non-sleep, deep rest), guided meditation, visualization and affirmation, along with a VedaMint - a little wisdom from the ancient Vedas. You will receive support in a community setting so that you know you are not alone in facing life's challenges. The class can be accessed in-person (Los Angeles) or online.
