Service Description

Online - Classes are currently offered online at 10am-11am on the first Saturday of every month. If you register online and are unable to make the class, the video will be made available to you for 24 hours after the class. Debilitating stress impacts every aspect of our lives - physically and emotionally. In this one-hour class, you will be guided to switch on your body's own internal capacity to access internal peace. This class will integrate the practice of yoga nidra (non-sleep, deep rest), guided meditation, visualization, affirmation and a little Vedic wisdom - a VedaMint. You will receive support in a community setting so that you know you are not alone in facing life's challenges. The class can be accessed in-person (Los Angeles) or online.
