Shirodhara involves pouring a steady stream of warm herbal oils on the head. Shirodhara is thought to work by relaxing the hypothalamus in the brain. It can also normalize the functions of hormones that regulate sleep and emotions. Shirodhara has support healing for a variety of different challenges, including anxiety, excessive stress, eye diseases, sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, neurological disorders, memory loss, insomnia, hearing impairment, tinnitus, vertigo, and many other conditions. Those who receive shirodhara most commonly experience deep relaxation and mental calmness.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund, cancelation or rescheduling must happen at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If cancelation is made less than 24 hours, there is a $50 cancelation fee. If the appointment is a no-show, then the client is responsible for the entire amount. New clients are required to pay prior to the scheduled appointment.
